You can modify your order during the shopping process by editing your shopping cart. Once you confirm payment, the only way to change your order would be to cancel before the order is shipped and place a new order.

You can cancel your order online before the shipment of the product is complete, after which the entire amount will be refunded. However, an order cannot be cancelled once the shipment has been made.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. The estimated delivery time may vary product to product and can be delivered the next day or maximum in 10 business days from the time of placing the order. The estimated delivery can be checked on the product detail page.

Nonetheless, Rugsbyindia.com takes careful precaution to ensure our customers are inconvenienced as little as possible under such circumstances. That means full insurance coverage has been provided by Rugsbyindia.com in order to cover the cost of such loss in the rare case this should occur.

In North America there are generally six to ten layers of middlemen between them and the source of the rug and this adds significantly to the price . Our buy-direct / sell-direct philosophy means that we eliminate most of these middlemen and bring the rug to you at a price lower than the wholesale price most rug dealers pay.
KPSI stands for Knots per square inch and determines the number of knots in one square inch of the rug. It represents the overall number of knots used in creation of a handmade rug. Usually, City rugs have higher KPSI since they have more detail and they use finer wool. Tribal rugs have lower KPSI since their design is more simple and geometric.
